Aleksandra joined the Twin & Earth team in 2022, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in a variety of operational and administrative roles. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, supporting two company directors, the Managing Director, senior managers, and a team of over twenty staff members. She plays a key role in business operations, administrative support, recruitment, marketing-related tasks, office management, and the coordination of team activities.

With previous experience at both RBS and NatWest, Aleks is highly skilled in office management and team coordination. She brings a well-organised mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creativity.

Aleksandra holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree and is a passionate advocate for the arts. In addition to her postgraduate qualification, she also holds a CIPD Certificate in HR Fundamentals and an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration, further demonstrating her commitment to professional development and effective business support.
