Do you have an in depth understanding of Embodied Carbon and Circular Economy including quantification and strategic consultancy advice? We’re looking for either a Senior or Principal consultant to lead our Embodied Carbon service line. You’ll have a least 4 years (senior) or 6 years (principal) consultancy experience in an equivalent role. Salary subject to experience.
Do you have experience in energy modelling using IES and SAP, including Part L assessments, EPC calculations, TM52, TM59, and daylight modelling? We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Energy Modelling team. With at least two years of consultancy experience, you’ll have expertise in regulatory compliance, building performance simulation, and delivering data-driven insights. You may also support our advanced energy modelling services, including CIBSE TM54, NABERS Design for Performance, and ASHRAE 90.1 energy models using ApacheHVAC. Salary subject to experience.
Do you have experience with environmental and health & wellbeing certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED? The core focus of this role will be to provide strategic sustainability guidance to our clients, ensuring best practices are integrated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing sustainability briefs for new build and refurbishment projects, overseeing their implementation during design and construction, preparing sustainability statements for planning applications, advising on and delivering environmental and health & wellbeing certifications, and conducting post-occupancy evaluations (POE) to assess and optimize building performance. Salary subject to experience.
