Arpit joined Twin & Earth in 2024. A Mechanical Engineer with experience in building physics and as a sustainability consultant, he aims to expand the company’s advanced modelling capabilities.

With specialisms in Part L compliance, Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) and overheating assessments, Arpit has delivered energy models for existing and new build projects in the UK and Ireland across a range of building types, from schools and offices to warehouses and high-rise residential developments.

Technical, practical and focussed, Arpit delivers energy efficient buildings that meet client goals to help the environment whilst simultaneously creating beautiful spaces for people to use and enjoy.
