Graduate Consultant
About the job
As a Graduate Consultant, you will support the team in delivering sustainability solutions, including environmental certification for buildings, sustainability strategies for developments, embodied carbon analysis, circular economy strategies, and Net Zero Carbon strategies.
The role requires strong organisational and management skills, as you will be involved in direct technical project delivery, working within defined scopes and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects covering different service lines within Twin&Earth. You will work under the mentorship of our experienced consultant team, and will have the opportunity to experience a range of TwinEarth’s services which could include:
Environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, WELL Standard, fitwel, HQM and Ska.
Embodied carbon assessment and circular economy strategies
Energy strategies and modelling
Sustainability strategies including planning statements and reporting against bespoke client briefs
Qualifications
The individual undertaking this role is expected to have the following skills:
You’ll have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a masters or bachelors degree in a relevant subject (e.g science, geography, environmental, engineering, architecture or energy degree).
Clear communicator – comfortable with presenting to an audience (both written and verbally) on both technical and non-technical matters.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, independently and as a team member or leader.
Good experience of analysing data using tools such as excel.
Highly motivated, customer focused and willing to take on new challenges.
Ability to contribute to team working and collective objectives.
Employment basis:
This is a full time, permanent position based at Twin&Earth’s London office
Twin&Earth currently offer hybrid working – allowing staff to work from home up to 3 days a week (subject to meeting client & project needs)
Contracted hours will be 37.5hrs a week.
