Dr Sylvia Baron Joins Twin & Earth as Managing Director

We are thrilled to welcome Sylvia Baron as the new Managing Director of Twin & Earth. Joining us in 2025, Sylvia brings an impressive background in sustainability, energy efficiency, and organisational leadership, making her a valuable addition to our team.

Sylvia’s career has been defined by her dedication to advancing sustainable solutions and shaping energy policy. Most recently, she spearheaded the Sustainable Cities & Workplaces division at Turner & Townsend. Prior to that, she played a key role at the Greater London Authority, overseeing major retrofit initiatives, and made significant contributions to microgeneration policy whilst at the Energy Saving Trust.

With a career spanning 25 years, Sylvia has honed her expertise in driving business growth, leading dynamic teams, and forging strategic partnerships. Her ability to develop forward-thinking solutions and manage complex projects positions her perfectly to guide Twin & Earth through its next phase of expansion.
