• WiredScore Platinum & ActiveScore Gold: Supporting smart connectivity and sustainable transport.

• Energy Efficiency: EPC B rating, high-efficiency heat pumps, LED lighting, and an all-electric strategy.

• Renewable Energy: 1,735 solar panels generating 551,746 kWh annually, generating 14% of energy demand.
